Ashlees Appeal

Amrit Dhillon the owner of Candied Ice Cream Parlours and Junior Warden of Lodge Zetland No. 391 presented Ashlee with a cheque for £3173.05p. This fantastic amount was raised on Wednesday the 3rd July 2019, where all sales from Amrit's two Ice Cream Parlours, one in Rumford and one in Grangemouth, were denoted to Ashlee’s campaign with Solving Kids Cancer. Ashlee’s family need to raise funds to access further treatment for Ashlee abroad which is not available on the NHS.

Pictured below is Ashlee, her mum and staff at Candies.

Thank you very much Amrit for your support.

Ashlee Easton, granddaughter of Past Master Brother Brian O'Connor, is currently receiving treatment for relapsed Neuroblastoma, her family is raising funds to access further treatment to keep the cancer from returning again. Ashlee starts her new treatment in the very near future with intensive drug treatment for the remainder of this year, thereafter; she needs to go either to the United States of America or possibly Barcelona to complete the treatment. This, of course, is very expensive and is not available on the NHS.Previous to Ashlee’s current campaign, she had raised in excess of £42,000 for Neuroblastoma Research. As you will appreciate this is now very urgent. Anything, therefore, that you feel disposed to give will be thankfully received and faithfully applied.
